Choose your pull and let the Shopkeeper handle the rest!  Each Mystery Capsule contains a slip revealing the treasure you've won: from stickers and stationery to wallets, pouches, handmade accessories, and more.  You might even uncover a special capsule with a little extra magic inside.

How It Works
Capsules are drawn without replacement during your order, so once a capsule has been pulled, it stays out until your entire pull is complete.  After your order is finished, the full basket is reset for the next Adventurer.

The capsules themselves stay with the Shopkeeper, your loot is what comes home with you!

The Loot Value Guarantee
Mystery means surprise, not getting less than you paid for.

After all of your capsules and any bonus pulls have been revealed, I'll total the retail value of your loot.  If your haul hasn't reached the amount you paid for your Mystery Capsules, I'll add more loot until it does.

Special Finds
⚔️ Double Loot - Two additional capsules are pulled from the basket.
🧙♀️ Shopkeeper's Choice - I personally choose something for you, using your preferences and the rest of your haul when I can.
🍀 Lucky Find - A surprise from the Lucky Find stash! This is where discontinued treasures, oddballs, samples, KIC goodies, limited leftovers, and other delightful bits of chaos live.
😈 Mimic! - Surprise!  This treasure isn't mine.  You'll receive something from another small business.
👝 Bag of Holding - You've found an entire mystery bag of loot!  Each Bag of Holding contains a collection of goodies with a retail value of at least $20.
✨ Legendary Loot ✨ - THE BIG ONE.  You've uncovered the current Mystery Capsule grand prize!

Have favorite colors?  Love books, dragons, cats, D&D, spooky things, florals, or something else entirely?  Have a color or theme you'd rather avoid?

Leave a Note for the Shopkeeper at checkout!

I'll use your note whenever I can to help choose designs and personalize flexible prizes like Shopkeeper's Choice.  Preferences are not guaranteed (these are Mystery Capsules, after all!) but I'll always do my best.

If you leave the note blank, you're giving the Shopkeeper permission to embrace the chaos!

Watching Your Pull
Every Mystery Capsule order is recorded while I pull and reveal your loot and may be shared on Knot Impossible Creations' TikTok, Instagram, and other social media. 

Want to see yours when it goes up?  Leave your social media handle and platform in your Note for the Shopkeeper and I'll tag you when your pull is posted!

No handle?  No problem!  Your pull will still be recorded and shared, you just won't be tagged.

And, of course, there's never an extra charge for your pull video.

Your address, order notes, and other private information are never included in the video.  Pulls are identified only by your first name, last initial, and order number.

A Few Things to Know
The Mystery Capsule prizes vary in style, design, and retail value.  Individual capsules are not guaranteed to equal the price of one capsule; the value guarantee applies to your complete Mystery Capsule order after all pulls and bonuses have been resolved.

Specific products, prints, colors, or designs cannot be guaranteed.  Mystery Capsules are intended to be a surprise!
